Shropshire, a beloved community servant, had a heart for youth and literacy. He was active with the 100 Black Men of Rome-Northwest Georgia and his fingerprints are all over the community when it comes to helping youngsters.
HOW TO ENTER
The deadline for applications is Friday, November 1st, 2024.
The contest is open to youth who live or attend school in Rome or Floyd County who have not completed high school and are at least eleven (11) years of age.
